You’ve had a tree cut down and removed, but you’re left with the stump. Typically, a tree stump needs to be removed because it is ugly, unsafe, or interferes with a new project. By removing the stump of a diseased or pest-infested tree, the transmission of disease or pests can be stopped. We can take care of the stump for you. The entire tree stump, down to the deepest roots, is ground into wood chips using a stump grinder. The wood chips could then be used as mulch or a significant part of your compost after that. Once we’re done, you’ll have a hole where the stump once stood. You can either bring in dirt and level it out, plant a new tree or plant, or shovel in wood chips to decompose.
